Ingredients

  • 250g fresh spinach (organic)
  • 50g strawberries (organic)
  • 2 bananas (organic)
  • 50g kiwi (organic)

For Vinaigrette

  • 1 mango (organic)
  • 250ml olive oil
  • 50ml apple cider vinegar
  • pinch salt
  • pinch parsley (organic)

Directions

Mango Vinaigrette
Step 1
Emulsify with a hand blender all the ingredients for the vinaigrette.
Step 2
After, store it in the fridge.
For Salad
Step 3
Rinse the fruit.
Step 4
Peel the banana and kiwi.
Step 5
Slice all the fruit and mix in a bowl with the fresh spinach.
Step 6
Garnish the plate and use the vinaigrette as a dressing.
