Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 225g almonds soaked overnight
  • 225g soaked and pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon ground coffee

Vanilla Cream Ingredients

  • 450g cashew butter or cashews soaked for a minimum of one hour
  • 59ml liquid coconut oil
  • 55g soaked dates
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Chocolate Ingredients

  • 1 Medium avocado
  • cocoa powder to taste
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • drizzle agave
  • pinch salt

Note

For the best raw vegan tiramisu, be sure to soak the almonds overnight and the cashew at least an hour prior to use.

Directions

For the Crust
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until combined.
Step 2
Press and shape into a mold or loaf pan.
For the Vanilla Cream
Step 3
In a blender, combine all ingredients until creamy.
Step 4
Pour the vanilla cream on top of the crust and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
For the Chocolate
Step 5
Blend all ingredients until creamy.
Step 6
Pour the chocolate on top of the vanilla cream and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Step 7
After, sprinkle over some cocoa powder and ground coffee to garnish.
Step 8
Place and let rest in the freezer for about 4 hours.
